EUWIN will organise an event in Bucharest in partnership with ITOL SOL.

The world of work is changing today at a rate faster than ever before. Learning to adapt to an increasingly digitized and globalized environment is becoming a crucial competence. More and more organizations and their employees are realising they need workplaces that are flexible, adaptive, transparent, that foster collaboration and encourage creativity.

Powered by the European Workplace Innovation Network (EUWIN) and ITOL CEE, ‘Innovating the Workplace’ is a one day event/think tank that seeks to bring together disruptive/daring minds interested to discuss ways in which we can rethink working environments fit for the 21st century.

Whether we will be discussing the evolving dynamics of the employment sector, new organizational models or the design of the physical workplace, we aim to create a space for enhanced learning and challenging conversations to happen.

Our great lineup of innovators includes:

Gabriela Pirvu, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Romania
Grzegorz Drozd, DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs, European Commission, EUWIN coordinator
Prof. dr. Steven Dhondt, Senior research scientist TNO
Peter Totterdill, CEO UKWON
Roxana Mocanu, Learning Practice Leader, ITOL SOL
Oana Craioveanu, co-fondator Impact Hub Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca
Peter Schollaert, Tyco Electronics
Tiina Saar, Proekspert
Jacopo Romei, Partner Cocoon Projects
Dr. Cristian Matei, Master Black Belt Advanced Thinking
Ștefania Fulgu, Project Manager Luxoft Training

The conference is jointly organised by the European Commission's EUWIN and ITOL SOL. An agenda can be found here.
